We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at here with
details of the product and the defect.

You can send the item you consider defective to:

1.Make sure to pack the jewelry safely and in its original box and packaging with your order confirmation.

When our team has received the returned item, we will refund your money.

 Please note: All return items will be inspected and quality assurance checked at our Head Office on return. It remains at the discretion of MINI GOLD as to whether the item will be refunded based on the conditions above. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

The shipping costs (return) as well as possible taxes and duties will be assumed by the client. Otherwise, it will be returned to the sender and the return request will be refused.
