All fine jewelry orders are made to order. Fine jewelry orders take 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified to produce and ship.

Please note, we cannot make any changes after an order has been placed.

Shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

• Deliveries may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees.
• Please note that MINIGOLD does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
• Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
• Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail.
